Ordering and Shipping

When ordering outside the EU (European Union) all prices exclude VAT/TAX and duties and local custom fees may apply. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Please note we do not refund shipping fees.

Ordering:

Find products that you like
Choose the correct size/color and press ‘’Add to cart’’
The products are added to the shopping cart, check the cart by pressing on the shopping bag icon
If everything is correct press ‘’checkout’’
Enter needed details, choose a shipping and payment method and pay for the order
The sales contract is concluded at the moment when the full amount has been transferred to our account

Payment:

Methods of payment are Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or Paypal.

When the purchase is concluded, You will get an email with all the details.

Shipping:

All purchases from Estonia have free shipping.

All worldwide purchases over 200€ have free shipping.

By choosing local pick-up you will get a confirmation email about the pick-up availabilty.

Preparation and delivery times / Backorders:

All products are handmade and we have a made on demand order policy, which means that there might be a longer preparation time for some products (up to 5 business days).

Backorders:

Our brand has consciously chosen the direction of slow fashion, which means that we manufacture products according to demand, not stock. Backorders allow us to be more flexible to the customer’s wishes and maintain higher quality. Quality over quantity!

All products marked available on backorder can be ordered
Backorder products have a production time of up to 2 weeks
Backorder products that are purchased together with in-stock products will be sent to the customer after the entire order has been completed

Delivery times do not include the preparation time!
