Changed your mind? That's alright. You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to send it back. Returns are free within Estonia; from anywhere else, the return shipping is yours to cover.
How to start a return
Write to us at info@muulin.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and a short reason. We'll take it from there.
The 14 days, simply
- Let us know within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Send the items back within 14 days of telling us.
How the items should come back
Try things on the way you would in a shop - that's exactly what the 14 days are for. To be refunded, items need to reach us unworn and unwashed, with their tags on, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Pieces that have been worn, washed, or had their tags removed can no longer be returned.
Your refund
Once your return reaches us in good order, we refund the full price of the products as soon as possible, to the same account you paid from. Original shipping costs aren't refunded. If we sent the wrong item or something arrived faulty, the return is on us - we'll cover the shipping and make it right.
Want a different size or colour?
Happy to swap. Just write to info@muulin.com and we'll arrange an exchange.
A note on sets
Sets are priced as a set, with a −15% discount, so they come back as a set too. If you decide to keep one piece and return the other, the set discount no longer applies: we deduct the full individual price of the piece you keep and refund the remainder. You're also welcome to exchange one or both pieces of a set - just ask.
