Refund Policy

MUULIN offers a 14-day refund policy for all products purchased on our website.  The refund request should be filed within 14 days from the time of delivery via email (info@muulin.ee). If 14 days have passed since you received your package we can not offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions for refunds:

• For refunds please send an email (info@muulin.ee) with the order number, product names and the reason for returning the items. 
• The products have to be returned to the merchant in 14 days from the date of filling out the return statement
• The returned products have to be without any faults, packaged, and unused If the product has been used or the package has been damaged then the customer loses the right to refunds.
  
• If the products have been returned correctly, then the merchant has to refund the full purchase amount to the customer no later than 14 days from the date of getting the returned product
• The amount will be refunded to the same account, where it was transferred from
• Customers are liable for the cost of returning the products, if the customer gets the wrong product then the cost will be paid by the merchant

• Partial Returns & Refunds are not allowed for products that are sold as sets. Sets can be only fully returned and refunded. However, if a customer wishes to keep only one item from a fixed set (e.g. Shirt and Pants), the set discount will no longer apply. The refund for the returned item will be calculated by deducting the full retail price of the kept item from the total amount paid for the set. Exchange for one or both items in a set is allowed via email request.
