MUULIN offers a 14-day refund policy for all products purchased on our website. The refund request should be filed within 14 days from the time of delivery via email (info@muulin.ee). If 14 days have passed since you received your package we can not offer a refund or exchange.

It depends on where you are. Shipping in Estonia takes 1-3 business days, for the rest of the world up to 14 days
We offer free shipping on all orders in Estonia. Rest of the world there is a fixed rate of 15€
